DIY: OLYMPIA LE-TAN CLUTCH

Again, Olympia Le-Tan. You know I love you, I really do, but 1000 € plus change's quite something. Also, The Little Witch's my all time favorite book. Kind of was the obvious thing to do to, you know, start a little DIY... and here we go:

All you need is: a book hardcover, super duper sticky glue, gold-ish foil, cardboards, a piece of fabric, a ruler and a pencil
1 STEP: draw lines on the cardboards that will define the deepness of your clutch afterwards

2 STEP: cut them out and cover all the cardboards with gold-ish foil
3 STEP: stick them along the cover edges
CAUTION: to make the whole thing more stable do that for both sides of the cover but be careful with the array: they have to fit into one another!
4 STEP: line the inside with a floral fabric

It's a very easy DIY and frankly, doesn't really live up to the originals but hey, the effect's the same. See how it turned out to match my outfits soon!

Happy Sundays everyone!
xx, A.
