SUMMER LAYERS

Layering in summer. This is a guide on how to deal with a so called heat wave that all of a sudden, you know, waves by. If you have to get up early in the morning, check your weather app as a daily routine, 23° cloudy felt like 20°C, and also have a look at your closet, wonder what to wear as the weather's uncontrollable, well, then, my dear friends, welcome to the club, please read on...

so as you're crafty as a fox - are you? am I? - you choose something airy fairy but also something that keeps you warm as you wouldn't want to freeze and probably get ill - actually a very common mistake. That's actually also when the whole layering thing starts and what we have here is a combo of several different textures - TEXTURE BLOCKING, my dear friends - that are: a pearl chain detailed stripy stripe skirt, a fringe leather jacket over an oversized denim shirt over an airy breath of nothing and the shoes, of course!

- here they're again, a close up (below), if you will! They actually count as extra layer not only because of the layer you can't see, meaning the socks, but also because they're probably the most warming shoes I ever owned, besides some certain ug(g)ly boots that are made for walking winter.

Anyways, however and just in case the, you know, case (faux 23°C) changes just like the weather does and 23°C feel like 30°C, you're definitely on the sunny side as thanks to the layers - and that's when the airy breath of nothing comes in - you can easily take off one after another... and probably just tie it around your hips as you, you know, probably did when you went to primary school at least. Hip, hip, huh?

It meaning the transformed-layer-gone-cape-y won't get in your way, it will always stay by your side and follow you step by step like every step you, you know, make...

... you can dance, you can jive, you can... walk and strike a weird pose, it won't quit.

Amazing, huh? Yeah right, thumbs up - yeah, all of them!

And last but not least, the final pose full of enthusiasm and drive... umm, yeah, right. What do you think?
