head over heels or the other way round

heels. I use to avoid wearing heels on ordinary days, not only because it's kinda weird to totter around the campus - just imagine you're late, which actually doesn't happen a lot *cough*cough* and have to walk the walk of shame to the very last row of seats, followed by 100 and 100 pairs of eyes and you start stumbling as that sort of shit always happens when they're all looking, you know - but also because my parents bought me orthopaedic shoes when I just had learned to walk properly, you know without falling on my face every now and then, to make sure that they, meaning my feet, can grow healthily ever after till they hit the 7.5 edge but then again at the age of seven or eight, I guess, it's been all over as they, meaning no one else than my parents themselves, brought me a pair of to die for sky blue plateau wedges embroidered with colorful pearls from Barcelona by POM D'API, followed by another pair a year or two later, which was equally loved and worn out, black velvet jeweled plateau peep toe clogs (wouldn't want to call them slippers as they were much more extraordinary - maybe they're still somewhere at home-home, if so, gonna show 'em to you, of course). 

The point, my dear friends, is this: wearing these wedges the other day kinda made me realize that I should just stop caring about probably face planting it.. Besides, I'm not too bad in walking with heels PLUS wedges seem to be the fashionable kind of orthopedic shoes among all those that give you height, anyway, don't you think? And keeping that in mind, what's the harm?
