Studded. I absolutely re-fell in love with studs ever since I've spotted the sassy collar stands by 11 OBJECTS. So I decided to crash a punk-gothic-emo-whatever shop (yep, picture me in there with blonde curls wearing a lumberjack shirt - do not laugh! then again, they should be used to differently styled people stopping by... especially in this time, it's almost halloween, hello-o? I guess if not now, when then?? haha anyways who cares?!) to snatch the essential components for my DIY, studs! It's quite an easy procedure, only 4 steps which are always the same:
1 STEP: prepare all your components (collar, studs + catches, a pair of scissors, a Stanley knife and a pencil)
note: the studs shouldn't be too big since they'd be too heavy, took the smallest they had, unfortunately they didn't have any gold ones
2 STEP: check how many studs you'll need and where you want them to be
note: the collar's getting narrower...
3 STEP: mark the stud's position with a pencil and pierce a tiny hole through the collar
4 STEP: press the catch through the collar and tighten the stud
note: repeat those steps as often as you like, the studs do not have to be in a perfect row, some irregularities won't strike out but make your DIY even more adorable
... et voilà the result:
What do you think? Like?
Enjoy your weekends, lovelies!
